Refund Policy

At Tee It Up, refunds are not available for custom items unless an error occurs on our part. If there is an issue with logo placement, color, or sizing, we are happy to offer an exchange. Please bring the item in or contact our team within one week of receipt so we can review and replace it promptly. Customers who provide personal items for customization do so at their own risk and are responsible for replacing said item if any issues were to occur.
