Typically for traditional decoration our turnaround time is 10-15 business days from the date that all details are finalized. For promotional products our lead time is around 3-4 weeks.
For screen printing services and patches, our minimum is 10. There is no minimum for embroidery or DTF services. Promotional products minimum varies based on item.
If you do not have a logo we can work with you to create one. Please note there are additional artwork charges for this service, ranging from $25-100. Prices are based on the amount of time our graphic designer has to put into your logo.
If you have a logo already, incredible! For printing, we would need a vector art file (the original art file is always best) and for embroidery we can take any file! (jpeg, png, pdf, etc.)
Absolutely! However, customers are responsible for all apparel they provide if any issues are to occur.
We do not have a price list, every order is different! Pricing depends on apparel, order quantity, and decoration services.

We don't normally keep apparel on hand in the office. If you are unsure of sizing or material, we are more than happy to order a sample for you to try!
